May also help with fever, colds, controlling blood pressure, lowering cholesterol, menstrual cramps and digestive issues.

This is my go to tea when there's a sickness going on around us. Kids love it because it's red and fruity! I have also added this to Sprite for a punch like beverage. 

Ingredients: hibiscus, lemongrass, raspberry leaf, orange peel and dried orange slices.
